Service Description
Full Equipment Rental - Each Participant Receives A Tube, Helmet And PFD. A Pump Is Supplied For Each Reservation. For Those That Do Not Have An Annual GRCA Park Membership Or Are Not Camping At The Elora Gorge Park Pay An Additional Entry Fee ($9.50 / Adult and $4 / Child) Upon Entering The Park. A Tubing Registration Fee ($21.50 / Person) Must Be Paid To The Elora Gorge Park To Participate In Tubing Activities. This Brings The Total To $65 / Adult (Taxes Included). Participants Must Pick Up Their Equipment Anytime Between 10AM and 3PM From Elora Rapids. Tubing Registration Wristbands Must Be Picked Up At The Elora Gorge Park Tubing Pavilion Prior to 4PM.

REFUNDS: Elora Rapids Inc. customers may purchase "Reservation Protection" during checkout. Every individual that purchases "Reservation Protection" receives a full refund on their river tubing rental (minus the $5 "Reservation Protection" fee) as long as Elora Rapids is notified by email of the refund request Prior To Noon On The Day Of Your Adventure. NOTE: ELORA GORGE PARK ENTRY AND REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS POLICY (since they are not Elora Rapids Inc. fees). For those that did not purchase "Reservation Protection", ALL SALES ARE FINAL. TRANSFERS: The deadline to transfer a reservation to any day of the week is BY NOON THE DAY BEFORE. If you miss the transfer deadline, participants may still transfer their reservation to any weekday (non holiday). All transfer requests must be made in writing to elorarapids@gmail.com. All transfers must be completed in the current calendar year. See our REFUNDS page on our website for further details.
