REFUND POLICY

All changes to reservations must be made BEFORE NOON the day before your scheduled adventure. A $10/person service fee applies to cancellations. There are no fees for rescheduling. NO refunds or rescheduling will occur for those who notify Elora Rapids Inc. after the noon deadline or for no-shows.

HOW TO MAKES CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION

 

Email Elora Rapids Inc. at EloraRapids@gmail.com BEFORE NOON at least the day before your scheduled adventure. Include in the email the name the reservation was placed under as well as the change you want made to your reservation. If you are cancelling any portion of your reservation we will also need the last 4 digits of the credit card that was used. Refunds will typically be issued within 24 hours of receiving your email but may take up to 7 business days (or longer) to process depending on your banking institution. A confirmation of the refund will be sent to the email you used to alert Elora Rapids Inc. of the alteration/cancellation.

CLOSURES

Elora Rapids Inc. rarely closes tubing operations in advance. If you have a reservation be sure to monitor the weather and feel free to change your reservation within the deadlines of the Refund Policy listed above.

 

Elora Rapids Inc. will make every effort to post closures by 9am if storms are highly likely on the homepage and/or booking page of the website. Otherwise, Elora Rapids Inc. will make a judgment call upon your arrival as we constantly monitor local weather forecasts and radar.

 

If storms end up cancelling all river activities for the entire day we we will do our best to issue full refunds in a timely manner to all participants scheduled to rent equipment for that day. Elora Rapids Inc. will email and/or call/text customers to let them know of the cancellation.

Elora Rapids Inc. reserves the right to cancel tubing activities for the 'Grand River Valley Tubing' float if a minimum number of participants have not signed up.
