THIS POLICY ONLY APPLIES TO ELORA RAPIDS INC. RENTAL FEES - NOT ELORA GORGE PARK ENTRY OR REGISTRATION FEES

ELORA RAPIDS OFFERS TWO OPTIONS DURING CHECKOUT:

YOU CAN PURCHASE "RESERVATION PROTECTION" OR CHOOSE NOT TO.

OPTION 1: PURCHASE "RESERVATION PROTECTION"

"Reservation Protection" costs $10/person.

Purchase as many "Reservation Protection" add-ons as you'd like during checkout.

"Reservation Protection" allows individuals to receive a full refund on their river tubing rental (minus the $10 "Reservation Protection" fee) as long as Elora Rapids is notified by email of the refund request Prior To Noon On The Day Of Your Adventure.

Example:

​

A group of 4 friends decides to purchase rentals for the Grand River Valley Lazy Float for $45 each ($180 total). Two members of the group (it doesn't matter which two) decide to additionally purchase the "Reservation Protection" Add-on at $10 each ($20 total) for a grand total of $200. On the day of their adventure two of the members of the group wake up ill. The group sends an email to Elora Rapids BEFORE NOON asking for a refund for two members of the group. A refund is processed in the amount of $90.

OPTION 2: DO NOT PURCHASE "RESERVATION PROTECTION"

If you decide to not purchase "Reservation Protection" ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

However, you may still transfer your reservation. Transfer requests must be made by email. 

Transfer requests made Prior To Noon On The Day BEFORE Your Adventure can transfer the reservation to any day.

Transfer requests made after the deadline can only transfer the reservation to a non-holiday weekday. 

All transferred reservations must be transferred to a day in the current calendar year.

HOW TO MAKE A REFUND OR TRANSFER REQUEST

 

All Refund & Transfer Requests Must Be In Writing Via Email.

Email EloraRapids@gmail.com the following info:

 

1. The date and name the reservation was placed under

2. The change you want made to your reservation

3. The last 4 digits of the credit card that was used (for refunds only)

CANCELLATIONS PERFORMED BY ELORA RAPIDS

​

Elora Rapids rarely cancels tubing. But, should tubing be closed down for the day, staff will alert customers as quickly as possible and refund any rentals in full. It is helpful that you provide an accurate email address and phone number during checkout so that we can contact you.
