Service Description
Full Equipment Rental - Each Participant Receives A Tube, Helmet And PFD. A Portable Electric Pump Is Supplied For Each Reservation. An Additional Entry Fee ($8 / Adult and $3.50 / Child) and Tubing Registration Fee ($20 / Person) Must Be Paid At The Elora Gorge Park On The Day Of Your Journey. The 10AM Pickup Is From 10AM - Noon. The 1:30PM Pickup Is From 1:30PM - 3PM.

Cancellation Policy
All changes to reservations must be made before 12pm (noon) at least the day before your booked date. Change requests must be made in writing via email EloraRapids@gmail.com. A $10/person service fee applies to refunds. There are no fees for rescheduling. Include in the email the date and name that the reservation was made under, the change you want made to your reservation, and the last 4 digits of the credit card that was used if cancelling any portion of your reservation.
