Whatever the reason - If you are unhappy with your river tubing experience (or missed your tubing experience all together) Elora Rapids Inc. staff are happy to try to make things right with ONE FREE WEEKDAY RENTAL in the current calendar year. Simply show up on a weekday in which your tubing activity is operating. Keep in mind that Tubing The Valley only occurs on Mondays and Fridays during the weekday schedule.
To use our 'Try It Again' Guarantee you will need to do the following:

Tell us at checkout (or email us) the full names of all of the members of your group who would like to 'Try It Again'.

Come on a weekday in the current calendar year when Elora Rapids Inc. is operating your desired tubing activity.

Adults must bring an ID. We'll match all of your IDs to our 'Try It Again' Guarantee List and give you a free rental.
NOTE:
Free rentals are non-refundable.
Free rentals on weekends are not available.
Elora Gorge Park fees still apply for those Tubing The Gorge.
